HEALTHIFY POLICY ON RETURN, CANCELLATION, REFUND AND DELIVERY


We, Healthifyme Private Limited (“Healthify or “us”), having our registered office at 20 Bendemeer Road, #03-12, Singapore 339914, offer nutrition and wellness coaching services to individuals and corporate customers and providing digital health and wellness solutions for weight loss and early-stage lifestyle diseases by intervention of diet, nutrition, exercise and yoga through our website, https://www.healthifyme.com/in/ and our mobile application. As part of our business, we offer certain products, including consumables, medical devices and fitness products, listed on our website at https://store.healthifyme.com/ (collectively, “Products”). 


This cancellation,return and refund policy, together with the https://www.healthifyme.com/terms-of-use/  sets out the terms, conditions and processes for cancellation, return and refund in connection with the products purchased from us.


Returns:

  • We offer full replacement of Products: (i) that are damaged in transit; and (ii) that are defective or are not in working condition. 
  • Products purchased from our online stores on store.healthifyme.com cannot be returned after purchase.

  • Any request for return must be initiated by the Customer by writing to our support team within 3 days of receiving the Product(s). Any requests beyond the return period mentioned above will not be entertained by Healthify.

  • Replacement orders are processed within 7 working days after our support team validates the damage and confirms eligibility for return via email or phone.


Exchange:

  • Unless there are quality or packaging-related issues, no exchange will be accepted for consumable food Products and health supplements.

       Consumable food Products and health supplements include:

  2. Protein and energy Bars (https://store.healthifyme.com/collections/protein-and-energy-bars)

  3. Health Supplements (https://store.healthifyme.com/collections/supplements)

  • Medical Devices & Fitness Products: For items like CGM, smart scale, and third-party fitness products, requests for exchange must be initiated by the Customer to the support team within 14 days of delivery.

The list of consumable food products, health supplements, medical devices and fitness products displayed in the respective links are only indicative in nature and the availability of these products may vary from time to time. This policy applies to products under the broader classification, of similar nature.

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of placing the orders.


Eligibility for Return, Exchange & Cancellation: 


  • In order to be eligible for return, exchange or cancellation of a Product, requests must be in writing to the support team, within the time frame provided therefor. 

  • The Customer shall ensure that the Products are: (i) unused, in their original condition as received by the Customer, along with the invoice, warranty card, packaging and user manual; (ii) not tampered with, altered or modified; (iii) not used for purposes not intended to; and (iv) stored in safe conditions and environment as indicated in the Product packaging. If any of the aforesaid conditions are not met, Healthify may, at its sole discretion, reject a request for return, exchange or cancellation. 


Terms of Warranty: 


  • The Warranty provided by us shall commence from the date of delivery of the Product to you and the warranty period is as mentioned below:

  • Smart Scale Warranty: We offer a 24-month warranty on our smart scale.

  • Third-Party Products: For third-party Products listed on our website or app, please refer to the warranty information on the manufacturer’s official website. Any warranty claims for third-party Products shall be between the third party and you. Healthify shall, under no circumstances, be liable or responsible for such warranties, and we shall not be responsible or obligated to resolve any dispute between you and such third party.

  • The Warranty offered by us is non-transferable and to be eligible for this Warranty, you must present a valid invoice in respect of the Product, as and when requested by us or our representative(s). Any modifications or alterations made to the Products post purchase are not recommended and will void the entire Warranty.

  • Please check the invoice received at the time of delivery of Products for the details of any specific warranty.

  • In case of any queries or claims in connection with the warranty provided by us, please write to us at support@healthifyme.com

  • The aforesaid terms shall be read in conjunction with the terms of use and other policies published by Healthify on our website.


Cancellation & Refund:


  • Orders for consumables and other Products once placed, may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by writing to us at support@healthifyme.com with your order ID and details of the transaction. Any cancellation requests received after the aforesaid time frame will not be entertained by us.  

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, contact our customer support at support@healthifyme.com. Given that the usage of our subscription services cannot be quantified for the purposes of refund, we do not offer any refund for cancellation of subscriptions. 

  • Refunds for cancelled orders and subscription will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days from the date of receipt of a valid cancellation/refund request in accordance with the terms hereof. Refunds are subject to charges levied by banks.

  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • For any free gift provided with an order, if the user returns the original ordered products, Healthify will deduct the MRP of the free product from the refund amount.


Delivery Timeframe and Charges:


  • Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 working days after order confirmation.

  • Healthify may apply a delivery fee, which is subject to change at its discretion.

  • The applicable delivery fee will be displayed in the cart before the order is placed, allowing Customers to review and accept such additional charges prior to checkout.


Payment Options: 


  • We currently offer secured prepaid payment options and may introduce a ‘cash on delivery’ option in the future.

  • Customers may pay online using available options such as debit cards, credit cards, UPI, and other supported payment methods.

  • Healthify may charge payment gateway fees, which will be clearly displayed in the payment summary before the Customer completes the transaction.

  • Healthify may charge a cash collection fee for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This fee will be clearly displayed in the payment summary before the Customer completes the transaction.


Healthify Coins – Rewards Points Policy

  1. Earning Healthify Coins

    • Users will earn Healthify Coins equal to a flat 3% of the purchase value on eligible orders.

    • The reward percentage is subject to change at Healthify’s discretion from time to time.

  2. Redemption of Healthify Coins

    • Earned Healthify Coins can be redeemed on the next purchase.

    • Redemption is capped at a maximum of 4% of the order value.

    • The redemption cap may be revised periodically without prior notice.

  3. Validity & Expiry

    • Healthify Coins are valid for 30 days from the date of credit.

    • Any unused coins will automatically expire after 30 days and cannot be reinstated.

  4. Ineligible Transactions

    • No Healthify Coins will be credited for purchases made fully or partially using gift cards.

  5. General Terms

    • Healthify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the rewards program, including earn and redemption values, at any time.

    • Healthify Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.




Updates:

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
